Managezy is a B2B SaaS and business digitalisation company. We build digital platforms that solve real operational challenges, not theoretical problems.

Our team brings together decades of experience in IT, software development, SaaS, and business process digitalisation. This technology background is combined with the other co-founder’s more than 20 years of field service experience, coming from the practical world of daily field operations, multi-site team management, scheduling, worksheets, quality control, and client communication.

This combination led to our first major joint project: a system originally built to solve real field service problems, now known after the company restructuring as Operatezy.

Today, Managezy carries this mindset forward:

technology expertise + real operational experience = usable, scalable, and commercially meaningful SaaS solutions.

Our Story

From The Work App to OperatEzy

Our first joint project started from a simple but important operational challenge:

“How can companies manage teams working across multiple locations accurately, transparently, and reliably?”

For many field service businesses, management often struggles to clearly see who started work, which location they worked at, which task was completed, how much time the work took, and which photos or documents belong to a specific job.

That challenge became the foundation of The Work App.

Over time, the platform evolved into a more complete workforce and field service management system supporting scheduling, time tracking, digital worksheets, project management, audits, operational visibility, and multi-location team management.

A New Direction During Restructuring

During the company restructuring, The Work App received a new direction and a new identity: OperatEzy.

Today, OperatEzy is one of Managezy’s core SaaS solutions, designed for field service, cleaning, facilities, security, maintenance, staffing, construction, and other businesses operating across multiple teams and locations.
